Palm Jumeirah is an exclusive island; it is constructed by Nakheel Properties in the shape of a palm. The island is connected to the mainland by two bridges from King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street. Connected to Dubai Marina, the closest metro station is Dubai Internet City Metro Station. Its proximity to Sheikh Zayed Road makes the community well-connected to the rest of the city.

The most high-end luxury apartments in Palm Jumeirah could cost around AED35m. Meanwhile, affordable options are also available, which could cost around AED580,000. Affordable villas could cost as low as AED3.9m; the most high-end ones could cost around AED95m.

This country-themed master community by Nakheel Properties is one of the most popular areas for the highest rental returns in Dubai. It is a collection of affordable apartments and villas.

To the north of International City is Al Awir Raod and to the west is Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Regular bus service from International City to Rashidiya Metro Station makes is an apt choice for the working class.

High-end luxury apartments here can cost around AED900,000 and the most affordable ones come within a range of AED200,000 to AED220,000. When it comes to villas, the most affordable ones are around AED1.3m and the costliest could go up to AED1.6m.

Dubai Marina is the most sought-after investment option for those looking for returns in the luxury and high-end property market in Dubai. This waterfront community in Dubai is a blend of apartments, luxury villas, as well as commercial buildings.

Dubai Marina is located along Sheikh Zayed Road, right in the centre of Dubai. There are mainly two metro stations – DMCC Metro Station and Damac Properties Metro Stational. The area is well-connected with a tram service as well.

Luxury villas in the high-end waterfront community Dubai Marina could cost as much as AED17m. However, more affordable options are also available – even for as low as AED2m. Apartments could cost around AED400,000 at the least. Luxury apartments could go up to AED20m.

Jumeirah Village Circle is one of the fastest-growing communities in Dubai because of its proximity to the Dubai Expo 2020 site. There are several apartments, townhouses, and villas to choose from to buy in JVC.

Surrounded by some of the main road networks in Dubai, Jumeirah Village Circle enjoys well connectivity to the rest of Dubai. With regular bus services from JVC to the nearest metro station, Dubai Internet City Metro Station, it is an ideal location for the working class.

Popular for its affordable housing options, apartments in Jumeirah Village Circle could be as low as AED270,000. If you are looking for a luxury one, you would have to pay around AED5m. Meanwhile, luxury villas could cost around AED3.7m; affordable villas could be around AED1m.
