D&B PROPERTIES: LAUNCHING NEW BRAND IDENTITY CAMPAIGN

Award-winning real estate agency D&B Properties has officially announced the company’s development and expansion into a multipurpose holding firm, in light of the vision and direction of Chairman & Founder, Husni Al Bayari.

The holding company is comprised of integrated divisions that together offer complete, 360-degree real estate solutions and services to clients, namely: D&B Properties, Real Estate Asset Leaders (REAL), Real Estate Commercial Experts (RECE), Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS), and Be Our Guest Holiday Homes.

The new divisions will be directed under the leadership of newly-appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Eng. Adham Younis, who is backed with over a decade of successfully driving maximum revenue and enforcing cost control.

 

Commenting on the expansion, Younis said, “D&B Properties is what it is because of a shared commitment toward excellence. The growth of our divisions has allowed us to provide our clientele with specialized and concentrated services to every real estate requirement; a true one-stop shop. As a leader, my vision is to create the perfect equilibrium of sharp, modern solutions, and trusted, traditional values within the new divisions of our company.” Having worked his way toward becoming an expert in Dubai’s property market and investment opportunities, he has been consistently recognized for his performance excellence and leadership.

 

Rebranding Campaign

To commemorate the expansion of the company, D&B Properties launches a new brand identity as it seeks to transform into a global real estate firm.

“D&B’s transformation from an exclusively brokerage agency in 2015 into a full-fledged, multipurpose real estate company in 2022 is one that has been in the works over the past months,” Al Bayari said. “We will continue to explore growth opportunities that best cater to our clients’ needs, and uphold our reputation within the market as a trusted, award-winning company.”

REAL was borne purely from the relationships D&B Properties built with their clientele over the years. VAS is an integrated division performing comprehensive valuations of public or private real estate assets within the MENA region, and providing consulting solutions to increase the market value of their clients’ assets through detailed consultation, thorough analysis, and collated research.  With market acumen and early insights being crucial in an increasingly competitive world, the VAS team is proficient in assessing the feasibility of schemes, securing planning permissions, and creating partnerships with different specialists, depending on the nature and scope of the asset in question.

The holiday homes division is committed to delivering exceptional service to homeowners and vacation-seekers alike, especially with short-term rentals that bode well with part-time or contract-based job positions, longer vacation days, or for those seeking to try their luck in a new city. Be Our Guest ensures an investors’ property is registered with DTCM, furnished, marketed, and maintained with precision. Guests are provided with concierge services from airport pick up to drop off, and advised on the ins and outs of Dubai.

“We do understand the hesitancy people feel toward this marketplace considering the occasional con news stories. This is still a new industry to tap into and investors must proceed with caution; always ensure the agency holds legal proceedings as per the governments regulations,” Al Bayari said.

With only two working employees and a mere 200 sqft office to start off, D&B Properties is home to over 180 talented professionals today with an office extending 20,000 sqft.
