Dubai Land Department (DLD) reports a staggering AED 16.06 billion in real estate and property transactions in the month of February 2022, with the sum of transactions standing at 6,216 in units, buildings, and plots of land.

The most recorded transactions within the timeframe of 1 February to 28 February was reportedly in Business Bay by 366 sales transactions worth AED 575.03 million, trailed by Meydan One with 347 sales transactions worth AED 230.42 million, and Jumeirah Village Circle with 253 sales transactions worth AED 165.32 million in third place.

 

The sum of the number of mortgaged properties for the month was AED 6.28 billion, with the highest being 70 flats in Burj Khalifa, mortgaged for AED 105.45 million.
