What once used to be a small fishing port is not one of the most visited global destinations. Dubai, a land of riches and flamboyance, is home to some of the most luxurious activities attracting the rich from around the world. But that is not all. Downtown Dubai

The average annual rent price in August for a 7-bedroom luxury apartment in Downtown Dubai was AED70 million, according to Property Finder. Home to the world’s tallest building Burj Khalifa and the world’s largest mall The Dubai Mall, Downtown Dubai is the pride of this glamourous city. It is also home to the entertainment destination of the city – Dubai Opera.

Lying at the heart of the city, Downtown Dubai is situated next to Sheikh Zayed Road. It has one main metro station – Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station. The community also has several nurseries, professional institutions, medical clinics, and supermarket. These amenities make it an apt choice for wealthy families.

Downtown Dubai is a mixed-use community that has low-rise and high-rise buildings. Apartment buildings dominate the residential part of this luxury community. Meanwhile, high-end luxury villas and penthouses are also available.

The community is mainly development by Emaar. Some of the high-end buildings where the rich like to rent are with fantastic views of Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain. Burj Vista, South Ridge, and 118 Downtown are some of the luxury buildings.

Part of the Emirates Living communities by Emaar, The Views is one of the richest neighbourhoods in Dubai.

The average annual rent price for a 6-bedroom luxury villa in The Views was AED7.4 million in August, according to Property Finder. Located near Dubai Internet City and Media City, this expensive neighbourhood boasts of some of the best amenities in Dubai.

The Views is located near Sheikh Zayed Road. It lies between Dubai Internet City Metro Station and Nakheel Metro Station. Regent Internal School and American University in Dubai are located close to this community.

Apartments dominate the community, while luxury villas and townhouses are also available. Golf Villas, Panorama, and The Fairways West are some of the most popular buildings in this community.

Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC)

DIFC is considered the financial capital of Dubai and called the “gateway to growth”. It is home to some of the biggest financial corporates in the world.

The average annual rent price for a high-end 5-bedroom apartment in DIFC was AED500,000 in August, according to Property Finder. Located near Downtown Dubai, DIFC has a long array of gourmet restaurants and luxury brands.

DIFC is situated next to Sheikh Zayed Road. Moreover, it has two metro stations – Financial Centre Metro Station and Emirates Towers Metro Station.

Recently, DIFC announced the expansion of the application criteria for its Prescribed Companies regime. As a result,  more global brands and organisations are expected to be coming to this global financial hub in a few years.

Additionally, the community hosts some of the best educational institutions in the city. Canadian University Dubai, Westford School of Management, and London Business School are some of them. Hence, it is a perfect community for management and financial professionals.
