2. Investment envisaged for above Project:
The Total Project Cost for the Completing the Project is Dhs 135 Million Dirhams which includes the Working Capital. Currently the Building is in Shell and Core and Approval has been received from Dubai Health Authority for Hospital Purpose. From the 135 Million Dirhams , 60 Million Shall be contributed by the Landlord to complete the Hospital as part of Long Term Lease agreement. Remaining 75 Million is the Requested Investment.
