Millward is decidedly adept at key account management, developing pricing strategies, balancing customer interface – the expectation, satisfaction, and engagement – as well as cost containment through inventive and service-focused programs that drive revenue and enhance brand reputation.
He leads all customer-facing functions at D&B Properties, including sales, customer care, CRM, and developer obligations. Millward is responsible for D&B’s complete portfolio of real estate assets including residential, commercial, off-plan, and sales.
