As another International Women’s Day passes by, let us look at some women leaders in real estate. They have not only successfully navigated the highly competitive world of real estate but also paved way for other female aspirants to follow.
Any mention of a real estate agent, the first image that flashes before one’s mind is a man’s face. But that did not stop these superwomen from pursuing their dreams and emerging as winners is a male-dominated world. They broke traditions and emerged as successful leaders in real estate. And they continue to motivate others around them – both men and women.
On this International Women’s Day month, we decided to bring you a list of 10 of the top women leaders in real estate.

The CEO of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, Helen Hanna Casey has more than 40 years of experience in the real estate sector. Regarded as a leading woman in business across Pennsylvania, the US, she has earned several awards and recognition over her career. She was named the “Most Powerful Woman in Real Estate” by the Swanepoel Power 200 report.
Nykea Pippion McGriff
With her in-depth community knowledge, Nykea Pippion is a proud Chicagoan. A firm believer of continued education, she also works as an instructor for the Chicago Association of Realtors. The first black female to become the president of the Chicago Association of REALTORS, Nykea continues to motivate others around her.
Samantha DeBianchi LaViola
Founder of DeBianchi Real Estate in Florida, Samantha DeBianchi LaViola is a real estate thought leader. Million Dollar Listing Miami has also featured her on Bravo TV as the first female star.
