Dubai Land Department (DLD) reports a total of AED 22.69 billion in real estate and property transactions in the month of June 2022, with the sum of transactions standing at 8,833 in units, buildings, and plots of land.

The most recorded transactions within the timeframe of 1 June to 30 June was reportedly in Burj Khalifa with 623 sales transactions worth AED 1.48 billion, trailed by Dubai Creek Harbour with 320 sales transactions worth AED 640 million, and Dubai Marina with 298 sales transactions worth AED 522 million in third place.
 
The sum of the number of mortgaged properties for the month was 2,109 transactions worth AED 5.65 billion, with the highest amount totaling AED 341 million for 92 sales transactions in Palm Jumeirah.
