Dubai Land Department (DLD) reports a staggering AED 22.55 billion in real estate and property transactions in the month of March 2022, with the sum of transactions standing at 8,420 in units, buildings, and plots of land.

The most recorded transactions within the timeframe of 1 March to 31 March was reportedly in Business Bay with 537 sales transactions worth AED 621.86 million, trailed by Jumeirah Village Circle with 313 sales transactions worth AED 213.61 million, and Dubai Creek Harbour with 292 sales transactions worth AED 678.34 million in third place.
The sum of the number of mortgaged properties for the month was AED 13.54 billion, with the highest being 146 flats in Jumeirah Village Circle, mortgaged for AED 49.33 million.
