A total of 2,247 real estate transactions worth AED 5.3 billion were conducted during the week ending 5th of August 2022, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department.
These included:
255 plots for AED 1.24 billion, 1,510 apartments and villas were also sold for AED 2.79 billion.
The top three deals involved the sale of a land in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid for AED 106.57 million, a land in Island 2 for AED 90 million, and a land in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid for AED 106.57 million in third place.
The top 3 transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment in Marsa Dubai that went for AED 375 million, an apartment in Business Bay that went for AED 329 million, and an apartment in the Burj Khalifa that sold for AED 246 million.
In specific relation to mortgage transactions this week, there were 403, accumulating to AED 1.12 billion.
