The open e-service by Dubai Land Department (DLD) records AED 3.42 billion worth of real estate and property transactions between 1 Feb to 7 Feb 2022, with the sum of transactions standing at 1,377.

The most recorded transactions within the timeframe are reportedly in Business Bay community, with a total of 111 units sold as first sale of property worth over AED 2.5 billion, followed by Jumeirah Village Circle in second place with a total of 72 sales in units worth upwards AED 50 million collectively. In third place, Sobha Heartland community has seen 69 units sold worth over AED 95 million.
Villas in Dubai have also been doing well in the first week of February 2022, with over 70 transactions taking place in Villanova community, followed by the sale of 22 villas in Al Yufrah 1, which is trailed by Arabian Ranches III with a sum of 17 villas sold.
