A total of 1,190 real estate transactions worth AED 3.01 billion were conducted during the week ending 15th July 2022, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department.
These included:
· 824 units
· 99 buildings
· 267 land plots
The highest number of transactions conducted this week were by Burj Khalifa, which sold 72 properties worth AED 247,364,300.00.
The Dubai Water Canal recorded the second highest number of transactions for this week with 67 sales worth AED 210.44 million.
This was followed by the Umm Suqaim district with 63 sales transactions worth AED 127.77 million, and Business Bay with 43 sales transactions worth AED 61.94 million in third place.
In specific relation to mortgage transactions this week, there were 333, accumulating to AED 2.04 billion.
