Dubai Land Department reported a staggering AED 1.37 billion in real estate property transactions on June 2 alone, with the sum of transactions coming up to a total of 456 sales.
- 456 sales transactions worth AED 1.37 billion
- 95 mortgage deals worth AED 324.38 million
- 15 gift deals amounting to AED 58.51 million
The sales included 372 villas and apartments worth AED 766.13 million, and 84 land plots worth AED 603.18 million, while mortgages included 83 villas and apartments worth AED 262.88 million and 12 land plots valued at AED 61.5 million, bringing the total realty transactions of June 2, 2022, to over AED 1.37 billion.
