A total of 9,877 real estate transactions worth AED 27.53 billion
Palm Jumeirah had the highest number of transactions with 526 worth over AED 3.2 billion. This was followed by Sobha Heartland with 514 transactions & Business Bay with 511 transactions
In total there were:
· 7, 656 units sold
· 777 buildings sold
· 1,444 plots of land land
In specific relation to mortgage transactions this week, there were 1,649, accumulating to AED 16.00 billion.
