Dubai Land Department (DLD) reported a staggering AED 30.80 billion in real estate and property transactions in the month of November 2022, with the sum of transactions standing at 11,101 in units, buildings, and plots of land.
In total there were:
- 8,535 Units
- 883 Buildings
- 1,683 Plots
The most recorded transactions within the timeframe of 1 November to 30 November was reportedly in Sobha Hartland with 553 sales transactions worth AED 919 million, trailed by Business Bay with 552 sales transactions worth AED 1.24 billion, and Palm Jumeirah with 534 sales transactions worth AED 3.28 billion in third place.
The fourth and fifth place were respectively taken up by Jumeirah Village Circle recording 416 transactions and Business Bay recording an added 295 transactions in resale properties.
The sum of the number of mortgaged properties for the month was AED 17.33 billion, with the highest being 102 flats in Dubai Hills Estate, mortgaged for a total value of AED 247 million.
