The most recorded transactions within the timeframe of 1 May to 31 May was reportedly in Burj Khalifa with 432 sales transactions worth AED 1.41 billion, trailed by Business Bay with 429 sales transactions worth AED 617 million, and Dubai Marina with 210 sales transactions worth AED 368.8 million in third place.
The sum of the number of mortgaged properties for the month was 1,249 transactions worth AED 5 billion, with the highest amount totaling AED 70.2 million for 3 shops in Palm Jumeirah.
