On September 23rd, this coming Friday, Saudi Arabia will unveil their 92nd National Day.

As close neighbouring countries, with a long-term history of being supportive allies, Dubai welcomes Saudi nationals to celebrate their joyous day here in Dubai!

So, what’s in store this weekend? Take a look below at some of the festivities that you and your loved ones can enjoy.

 

Landmarks to light up

Famous Dubai landmarks such as Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, Ain Dubai & the Dubai Frame will be shining bright in the colours of the Saudi national flag at 7pm on the 23rd of September.

There are also fireworks set to be shooting and shining across the sky at JBR The Beach. 
 
 

Entertainment

The Coca Cola Arena will be filled with singing from a number of Arabic music sensations, including, Assala Nasri, Fouad Abdelwahed and Aseel Hameem.

On September 23rd from 4 PM to 10 PM, you can enjoy some dance performances with the Al-Harbia Band and Al Ayyala Band whilst you shop or dine, at City Centre Mirdif, City Walk, Nakheel Mall, Dubai Festival City Mall, and Bluewaters.

 

Shopping offers

Various retail shops across Dubai will be giving out discounts in major stores from 25-75%.

This will be including clothing, accessories, home furnishings, footwear and cosmetics.

The Outlet Village mall is also set to take part in free giveaways to some lucky shoppers.

 

Staycations

Many hotels will be doing stay 7 pay 5 offers, such as Caesars Palace Dubai & The Atlantis Hotel.

Where guests can make use of pool and beach facilities, indulge in breakfast buffets, and get pampered in spa amenities.
